Salado, TX — May 2, 2026 — Regenerative Revival returns to Barrow Brewing Company on Friday, May 2, bringing together farmers, families, and food lovers for a full day centered on regeneration—from the soil beneath our feet to the health of our communities.
Held alongside the Salado Farmers Market, the day begins at 9:00 AM with grounding yoga, led by Caroline of Proud Heart Yoga, setting the tone for a day rooted in restoration, connection, and intention. $20/person includes the class and a craft beverage.
This year’s theme, Soil to Soul, reflects a broader vision of regeneration—one that recognizes healing happens at every level. Healthy soil supports healthy plants, which produce nutrient-dense food that nourishes people and strengthens communities. Regenerative Revival brings these connections to life through food, movement, music, and shared experience.
Beginning at 11:00 AM, regenerative plates will be served featuring meats and locally sourced foods from producers including MMM Cattle Co., Moody Goat, and other regional vendors committed to stewardship. Plates will be prepared by Vincent Alexander, joined by J’Shawn “JayB” Balancier and Rylan Mikeska, in a collaborative, live-fire cooking experience supported by Mill Scale out of Lockhart, Texas.
Entry to the event is free, with regenerative plates available for $25 pre-sale or $35 at the event, while supplies last. https://www.agsoilregen.com/event-info/regenerative-revival-2
Inside the brewery, guests can engage in soil health demonstrations, farmer panels, and educational talks throughout the day. Sessions will feature soil health expert Liz Haney, alongside Tim Auld rancher in Lockhart, Jonathan Cobb and Kaylan Cobb of Green Fields Farm in Rogers, TX, Judith McGeary, and Randy Oakley of Oakley Family Apiaries, Elm Mott, TX. These conversations connect soil health, food systems, policy, and human well-being in an approachable, come-and-go format.
Live music will carry throughout the day, creating a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where attendees can explore the farmers market, enjoy the brewery grounds, and connect directly with the people growing and raising their food.
“Regenerative Revival is about remembering that everything is connected,” said Liz Haney of Soil Regen. “When we care for the soil, we care for ourselves. This event is an invitation to experience regeneration not just as a farming practice, but as a way of living—from soil to soul.”
Regenerative Revival is open to the public and designed for farmers, ranchers, gardeners, families, and anyone interested in food, health, and community.
